Ramirez Studio Architecture Inc. is the vision of Carlos A. Ramirez, Architect, who has been designing commercial and retail spaces,
as well as restaurant spaces for the past decade.

After having provided design and feasibility services to major national retailers and corporations, Carlos has refined his architectural
focus towards designing spaces within the more intimate and individual scale of the “boutique,” as highly specialized places for sales
and for commerce- having been raised in the family business of boutique clothing and apparel purchasing & merchandising, this
focus has come natural.

Retaining Ramirez Studio Architecture engages our clients in a highly interactive collaborative process. Personal attention
towards describing our client’s needs and vision through architecture is accomplished via a design process which involves our client’s input and integrates both their practical concerns and aesthetic essence. The multimedia and image based design
process manifests architecture for a specific space, for a specific function, for a specific client- with the goal of generating a
commercial profit via an efficiently executed beautiful space.

The Principal Architect at our studio, Carlos A. Ramirez, AIA, AR93908 is a graduate of Cornell University's renown College of
Architecture, Art & Planning. He has designed, worked on and managed numerous projects in the areas of commercial, retail,
residential and institutional architecture, including the design of a high-end restaurant located on Park Avenue in New York City, the
management of a $60 million residential loft project set within the dynamic urban setting of South Beach, and has provided countless
feasibility studies to multinational retailers.

He has taught architectural design at the University of Miami's School of Architecture and received a design award in the Fall of 2007 by the Florida Chapter of the American Institute of Architects, Emerging Professionals group for his proposed design of a railway station in Palmetto, Florida.
